FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: each kinematic pair has a splined bushing installed rotatably on driven shaft and rigidly connected with a lever. The second toothed half-coupling has splines and is mounted movably on said bushing. The unit for kinematic locking of toothed half-couplings is a compression spring installed between the lever and the face of the second toothed half-coupling. The transmitting kinematic pairs are displaced in phase from each other through 360 deg/n where n - number of transmitting kinematic pairs. Contour of each cam has four working zones corresponding to four working stages of transmitting kinematic pairs, namely: idle travel, smooth engagement of the lever with a cam, working stroke and disengagement of the cam and lever. EFFECT: higher operational reliability. 3 cl, 1 dwg
