FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has frame, bearing rollers whose bearing assemblies are mounted in housings, rods with hinges mounted on housings of support, thrust rollers connected by rods, wedges mounted on body of bearing roller and stops engageable with retainers. During rotation of housing of revolving drum, banding rotates on bearing rollers. While moving, banding reaches thrust roller and sets it in motion over guides. Stop of wedge presses retainer and housing turns on axle. Thus, parallel cocking of bearing rollers relative to axis of drum takes place. Banding moves to the left setting in motion thrust roller. As a result, wedge loses its contact with stop which returns to initial position. After wedge has completed preset way, it makes retainer get out of contact with stop of housing and housings return to initial position under action of spring. Then, cycle is repeated.
