FIELD: testing technology.
SUBSTANCE: loading mechanism is mounted on a swivel frame, between the end of which and the base a screw mechanism is pivotally mounted, the axis of which is perpendicular to the radius drawn from the axis of the swivel frame to the hinge of the screw mechanism mounted on it. The axis of the swivel frame is fixed on the lower part of the base of the stand and coincides with the vertical axis of the tire loading. The pusher drive is made in the form of a hydraulic pulsator having a rod with a piston placed in a housing that is mounted vertically on the swivel frame of the stand to the side of the crawler unit and is connected to the pump and tank of the hydroelectric power station through the distributor. The pusher is made in the form of a vertical guide installed with the possibility of vertical movement on a swivel frame between the crawler and the hydraulic pulsator. Two guide rollers are installed inside the vertical guide, the axes of which are connected to the swivel frame.
EFFECT: possibility of bench testing of a single-support suspension unit together with a rolling wheel, as well as facilitating the installation and testing of large-diameter wheels.
