FIELD: test-and-measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: eddy current structuroscope has connected-in-series self-oscillator, eddy current transducer, phase detector a reference voltage to which is applied from the self-oscillator; linearizer; indicator; auxiliary connected-in-series analogue-to-digital converter, storage unit and multiplying digital-to-analogue converter connected to the linearizer output. The structuroscope is furthermore provided with a reference voltage unit and multiplexer. The reference voltage unit output is connected to the reference voltage input of digital-to-analogue converter and to one of the inputs of multiplexer two other inputs of which are connected to the outputs of linearizer and digital-to-analogue converter, respectively, and the output is connected to the indicator. The device can be used for measuring ultimate strength of aluminium alloys. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy. 1 dwg
