FIELD: measurements.
SUBSTANCE: proposed invention can be used in aircraft engineering, machine building industry and metallurgy for quality control of electrically conducting materials via their electrical conductivity. Proposed device comprises self-oscillator, eddy-current converter and adder, compensator with its input connected to self-oscillator output and its output connected to adder second input. It comprises also signal processing unit and indicator connected in series. Note here that the proposed device comprises additionally amplitude detector with its input connected to adder output and minimum detector with its output connected to signal processing unit input. It incorporates, additionally, the measurement controller with its input connected to eddy-current transducer and its output connected with minimum detector operation control input.
EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy.
