FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: blood sample is taken off in patient, serum is separated, and inhibition of hemagglutination reaction with erythrocyte diagnostics with antigen is carried out. Antigen is prepared from inflamed tissue of gallbladder after disintegration by ultrasonic oscillation. Cholecystitis is diagnosed at antibody titer value above 1: 64. Precision of assay in increased by 30% as compared with prototype. EFFECT: enhanced precision of diagnosis.
