FIELD: cultivation of soil. SUBSTANCE: stepped cutting tools with articulated components are attached to flanges of rotor shaft. These components are plate-like leg with L-shaped knife and tail unit with at least two transverse oppositely directed knives positioned in tier order. Articulated link of the leg with tail unit provides free oscillating motion to an angle of (90^°± 2α) subject to existence of angle of cut of leg and tail unit. This determines the effect of inertial-and-impact action destroying solid fractions of lumps and clots when cultivating hard soil. EFFECT: improved cultivation, reduced energy consumption. 3 cl, 6 dwg
