FIELD: veterinary science. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has base and cross-shaped pressure plate. End parts of base and pressure plate are hinged so that they may be displaced between working horizontal position and vertical transport position, with transport position being provided by retaining them with the help of permanent magnets. Permanent magnets are engageable with detachable springy balloon retainers to hold them in predetermined vertical position, while emitting electrical charges of constant intensity and force. Adjusting screws disposed on end parts of pressure plate are in contact with upper chamfered surfaces of valve heads. EFFECT: improved and efficient treatment of animals and stalls. 7 dwg
