FIELD: equipment for treating premises ceilings, animals, birds. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has reversible low-speed electric engine and device for switching on balloon valves. This device is axially movable along drive shaft and is provided with upper cross-shaped plate. Lower cross-shaped plate is positioned for moving simultaneously with upper cross-shaped plate and is pivotally connected with movable parts carrying poles having springy balloon retainers. Pivot joints allow inclination angle for each balloon to be adjusted for providing stepped spreading of aerosol by means of balloons, while apparatus is rotated by another electric engine.
