SUBSTANCE: tool has a body, in which a cone slit-type sleeve is mounted, pressure and working drawing dies are mounted in the sleeve, having two dead slots, directed by mutually opposite fashion with mutual overlapping and opened to opposite ends of the sleeve. Length values of the slots from the ends of the sleeve are equal respectively (0,2-0,9) and (0,9-0,2) of the drawing die length; distance between the slots is determined from a relation, given in description of the invention.
