FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: device comprises spiral-shaped supporting member functioning as a clamp which fastens upper part of wire on carrying cable, and wire proper whose lower end carries the contact conductor secured by a special clamp. Support member consists of more than one oval coil. Inner radii of said coils are not smaller than half the diameter of the carrying cable. Support member has two bent parallel ends located in its upper parts. Distance between said ends in longitudinal horizontal plane is equal to, or larger than, carrying cable diameter while height of ends is 0.5 to 1.0 the distance between them. Spiral-shaped member with string loop is suspended from carrying cable and pressed between punch and die in press head. EFFECT: improved design. 4 dwg
