SUBSTANCE: device for emergency change of parameters of ship's motion has plate 15 and drive for its motion which has frame 1 whose free ends are connected to ship's extremity by means of hinges 2 and winch 3 with guide pulley 4. Frame 1 has transverse beam 5 in which vertical shaft with turn drive is arranged. Shaft holds cylinder with piston. Plate 15 is rigidly connected with piston.
