FIELD: transport facilities. SUBSTANCE: propeller contains hydraulic cylinder with piston and rod, high-pressure source and working member. Rod is secured rotatably. Hydraulic cylinder is mounted on other end of rod. Passages from high-pressure source provided in rod body are used for connecting the respective chambers; working members of propeller are located on external sides of hydraulic cylinders. Provision is made for turning and reversing of propeller. Working member may be of different types, as required by transport facility.
