FIELD: railway transport. SUBSTANCE: hydraulic system comprises pumping-accumulating plant, hydraulic cylinders for compressing and releasing inner tampers, accumulator, controllable nonreturn valve, reducing valve, hydraulic directional valves, and pressure-converting hydraulic cylinder. When valve is open or closed, hydraulic cylinders are in or out of communication with pressure line of hydraulic system, respectively. When tampers are released, hydraulic directional valves are switched over to initial position which ensures ejection of fluid into return line from rodless ends of some hydraulic cylinders and from rod ends of other hydraulic cylinders by the pressure in opposite spaces of said hydraulic cylinders.
