SUBSTANCE: mounted on base truck with control system in the form of steering linkage 4 are water nozzles 6 capable of turning in horizontal plane. Water nozzles 6 are articulated to one another by hinged rod 7 arranged square to fore-and-aft axis of machine. Middle of rod 7 is connected by articulated two-arm lever 1 with middle of steering linkage 4. Fulcrums of water nozzles 8 are inclined towards dirt washing-off side relative to fore-and-aft axis of machine. Rod 7 interconnecting the water nozzles 6 has a provision for changing the length of its arms 13,14 between lever 10 and each nozzle 6 with the aid of cylindrical couplings installed on threads.
