FIELD: municipal vehicles. SUBSTANCE: sprinkling-and-washing vehicle has base truck with tank and pump, and water manifold with sprinklers furnished with power cylinder. Water manifold is installed for turning in longitudinal vertical plane. Power cylinder connected with water manifold is coupled through pipeline with follow-up hydraulic cylinder which is hinge-coupled with centrifugal governor mounted on output shaft of base truck gearbox.
