FIELD: fastening of various structures on frozen ground. SUBSTANCE: anchoring device comprises casing, horizontal plate, vertical walls, horizontal holder, a system of thrust beams, and hydraulic cylinders. Horizontal plate is accommodated in casing and is tightly connected therewith by an airtight jacket. Vertical walls and holder are arranged around the casing and form, jointly with it, a downward-open sub-holder space. Disposed on plate and holder are electric heaters and fans which force air into sub-plate and sub-holder spaces, respectively. Plate and holder have pipe unions for communication with vacuum pump.
