SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a plant in the form of technological lines for the preparation of products/mixtures in a liquid medium and is used in the manufacture of varnish and paint products, and can also be used in the processing of petroleum products, chemical and food, in the production of building materials, as well as obtaining particles of chemical elements for the pharmaceutical industry etc. (nanoparticles serve as additives in the chemical, food and machine building industries, in machine tools, in aircraft building, in instrument engineering), in the field of shipbuilding, machine-tool building, aircraft building, etc. Complex contains a mixing tank for the loading of raw materials, consisting of two containers entering into each other, forming a "water jacket" or an "oil jacket", electrotens, a paddle stirring device and an emulsifier. Container is connected through a pipeline through a coarse filter and through a pump station with an electromagnetic activator. Activator acts as a bead mill and is connected through a pipeline with a fine filter, connected through a pipeline through an emulsifier with a mixing tank for the emulsion mixture.

EFFECT: technical result: a decrease in the dispersion of the mixture, an increase in the uniformity of the mixture with a minimum mixing time, a reduction in energy consumption.
