SUBSTANCE: for reliable fixing of sealing member in compressed state packer is provided with tool extractor made fast to face of sealing member and end rigidly coupled to sleeve. Sleeve has inner cone protrusion on upper face. Spring-loaded cams fixing working position of sealing element are installed in radial windows of borehole for interaction under operating condition of sealing member with upper face of inner cone protrusion of sleeve.
