FIELD: heat power engineering. SUBSTANCE: power plant has fluid generator, turbine, tanks for fuel and oxidizer connected with distributing T-branches through bores within rims of turbine diaphragm. The T- branches are coupled with manifolds arranged in a plane above the nozzle blades. The nozzle blades are fastened with a belt and interconnected with connecting pipes provided on the nozzle blades. Each blade is made of a metal rod provided with lower and upper shelves, hollows and spaces and has inner perforated and outer porous shells. The shells have longitudinal cross-pieces which form chambers coupled with corresponding spaces trough passages. The nozzle blades are provided with Ignition members, having electrical buses, for burning fuel mixture supplying to blade surface. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 1 cl, 11 dwg
