FIELD: manufacture of gas turbines. SUBSTANCE: gas turbine plant is provided with condenser for condensing water from exhaust gases, pump, purification system, air ducts connecting compressor stage according to the pressure with nozzle blades of turbomachine; hollow working blades of turbomachine have holes which are brought in communication with inter-blade spaces of compressor. Working blades of turbomachine have passages of cooling system connected to working blades of compressor by means of hollow shaft. Shaft chamber is connected to water condenser. Plant is additionally provided with preparation system, solid fuel gasification system and ash removal system, steam-water line including steam generator, steam turbine, condenser, feed water pump and feed water preheater.
