FIELD: supply systems of internal combustion engines. SUBSTANCE: arranged in housing 1 made of conducting material is positive electrode 4; negative electrode is formed by inlet pipe union 5 and outlet pipe union 6 which are brought in communication with respective passages of housing. Pipe unions 5 and 6 are brought in communication with each other by means of passages 11. Pipe unions 5 and 6 and electrode 4 form primary and secondary treatment chambers 9 and 10. Chamber 10 is provided with well 12 mounted on inner surface of pipe union 6 for collecting water condensate. Fuel is additionally subjected to secondary treatment with electric field performed in chamber 10 where evaporated steam dissociates to hydrogen and oxygen which enter the cylinders in fuel mixture and enhanced combustion process.
