SUBSTANCE: when pedal 24 is depressed, cocks 18 and 22 open admitting the compressed air to working chamber 15; under pressure of compressed air, end of working chamber 12 moves off housing 1 to bottom dead center; upon reaching the bottom dead center, one part of valve 9 closes and other part opens. The larger is amount of opening of cocks 18 and 22, the greater is the force and the higher is the speed of rotation of pneumatic motor. When end of working chamber 12 moves away from housing 1, working chamber 15 takes the form close to ball-shaped form and as working chamber 15 approaches housing 1, it takes the form of stocking turned inside.
