FIELD: TV equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has cylindrical yoke. Around its circumference permanent magnets are mounted for movement about radial axes. Each magnet has two poles which are placed in magnet sides which are directed in mutually opposite directions and are on opposite sides about magnet rotation axis. It is possible to make magnets with very little size and weight from magnetic film. EFFECT: decreased cost of device, increased reliability, decreased time for beam convergence. 3 cl, 4 dwg
