FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has a hollow head which can be covered with a membrane. The head includes a sound duct, variable-pressure source made in the form of an elastic cap and located within a cavity formed in the head, a striker spring loaded with respect to the head, a mechanism for cocking the striker. The striker cocking mechanism has a helically twisted flat rod, elastic washer and bushing with projections for fixing it in the head and slots of different shape. The rod is coupled with the spheric cap and interacts with the washer which in turn interacts with the bushing slots so as to provide the movement of the striker upon pressing the spheric cap. The latter is hermetically coupled with the head. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and reliability. 3 dwg
