SUBSTANCE: essence of new method resides in that formation of new osseous tissue having new intraspongious blood vessels and subsequent amelioration of trophicity of subchondrial osseous tissue and cartilaginous tegument of femur head by decortication of femur neck. For this purpose, joint capsule is uncovered to reveal neck and head of femur from three sides. Further step is removal of cortical layer of femur neck from intertrochanterian line to femur head cartilaginous tegument line at top and bottom and in front using grooved chisel. Cortical layer is removed to disclose spongy osseous tissue, that is, till beginning of hemorrhage. EFFECT: simplicity of operation.
