SUBSTANCE: additionally to low molecular weight glycol, organic acid and constituent proposed agent contains: boric acid, cation surface active substance, twine-80, or twine-20, or twine-60 within definite ranges. 1,2-ethylene-bis-(N-dimethylcorbdecylixymethyl)- ammonium dichloride, or N-alkyl-N-alkoxycarbonyl-methylhexahydroazepinium chloride or didecyldimelammonium chloride or its mixture with N-cetylpyridinium chloride at ratio 1: (0.6-1.2) is used as cation surface active substance. 1,2-propylene glycol or polypropylene glycol or triethylene glycol, or polyethylene glycol-400 or polyethylene glycol-300 is used as low molecular weight glycol. Tartaric or lactic acid is used as organic acid. Water or 0.5-6.0% aqueous solution of glycerin, or 8-20% aqueous solution of ethyl alcohol is used as constituent.
