SUBSTANCE: the agent comprises as the active substance an organic acid or halascorbin, constituency, a cation surfactant, low-molecular glycol, tween 80 or tween 20 or tween 60 at a certain ratio of the components. The cation surfactant is 1.2-ethylene-bis-(N-dimethylcarbode-cyloxymethyl) ammonium dichloride or alkyldimethyl benzyl ammonium chloride or N-alkyl-N-alkoxycarbonylmethyl hexahydroazepinium chloride or didecyl dimethyl ammonium chloride or a mixture thereof with N-cetylpyridinium chloride in a 1: (0.6-1.2) weight ratio. The low-molecular glycol is 1,2-propyleneglycol or polypropyleneglycol, or 3-ethyleneglycol, or polyethyleneglycol-400, or polyethyleneglycol-300. The constituency is water of 0.5-6.0% aqueous glycerol, or 8-20% aqueous ethanol or cacao oil or a mixture of hydrogenated cottonseed oil and 5% emulsifier, or lanol, or lasupol, or polyethyleneoxide substrates. The organic acid is tartaric or lactic acid. EFFECT: improved properties of the antiseptic agent.
