FIELD: catalytic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: catalyst on the base of crystalline titanium-containing silicate additionally contains Ga (molar ratio SiO2/Ga2O3 being 79.2-641.7, molar ratio SiO2/TiO2 being 43.5-135.5) and oligomer silicium dioxide at molar ratio silicium dioxide and titanium-gallium silicate 0.06-0.20. Proposed catalyst is microsphere particles having diameter 20 μm. Desired product is prepared by mixing solution of tetralkyltitanate and tetralkylorthosilicate in the presence of gallium nitrate followed by hydrolysis in tetralkylammonium solution. Thus prepared mixture is treated by elevated temperature in autoclave. Titanium-containing silicate is separated and washed. Thus prepared product is suspended in aqueous solution being produced during hydrolysis of aqueous solution of tetralkylorthosilicate and of tetralkylammonium hydroxide. The process takes place within 0.2-10.0 h, temperature range being room temperature 200 C. Then catalyst mass is quick dried and calcined. EFFECT: increases activity of catalyst.
