FIELD: hoisting devices. SUBSTANCE: air hoist has rotary base with upright, jib, jib swivelling mechanism and load gripping member with drive. Jib is pivotally connected with upright and is mounted to provide limited turn in vertical plane. Drive of load gripping member is made in the form of hollow cylindrical housing, flexible hose, drive drum and working medium feed source. Drive drum is located inside housing. Working medium feed source communicates with inner space of housing. Flexible hose is wound on drive drum. Free end of flexible hose is turned inside out and is hermetically secured on housing. Load gripping member is disposed inside flexible hose and is rigidly fastened to the latter. EFFECT: improved efficiency. 1 dwg
