FIELD: mechanical engineering; lifting facilities with pneumatic lifts furnished with control systems. SUBSTANCE: device has chamber 1 accommodating drive reversing drum 3. Wound on drum 3 by one end is flexible hose 4 turned inside out. Other end of hose is secured over perimeter of housing end face. Placed inside hose 4 is flexible belt 6 embracing pulley of rotor 8 secured on support over axis. Chamber communicates with working agent distribution system.
