FIELD: medicine, experimental biology. SUBSTANCE: invention is devoted to the new class of compound of vitamin D3, - analogs of α-hydroxy-19-nor-vitaminD3, and the general method of synthesis of these compounds. These compounds show increased activity in relation to inhibition of non-differentiated cells proliferation including malignant ones, and also in relation to stimulation of proliferation. Proposed compounds are new drugs for cure of malignant neoplasm and other diseases showing proliferation of non-differentiated cells.
