FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: method of mastic preparing involves successive mixing of preliminary prepared clay milk, fibrous filler, dust-like filler, surface-active substance 2-hydroxy-1,3-propylenediamine-N, N, N,N,N′,N′-tetramethylenephosphonic acid. After mixing of these components bitumen is added gradually in potions at 120-150 C simultaneously with water residue after clay milk preparing. Composition for mastic preparing has, wt. -% : bitumen 36.64; clay 1.91; fibrous filler 1.91; dust-like filler 18.31, and water - up to 100. Quantity of surface-active substance is 0.2- 0.35% of bitumen mass. Mastic is used for roll-less roof making. EFFECT: improved method of mastic making. 1 tbl
