FIELD: chemical industry. SUBSTANCE: depending on composition and physical-chemical properties fluid waste is separated into two stream: fluid combustible waste which is supplied for burning in a cyclone chamber furnace, and fluid non-combustible waste containing surface-active waste which are boiled out in foam- barbotage layer created by a flow of high temperature flue gases. Diesel fuel in amount of 0.1-0.5% of total mass of waste to be boiled down is added to the top part of foam-bubbling layer. Vapor-gas mixture is extracted from foam-barbotage layer at a temperature 80-110C, is heated by flue gases in the conditions which exclude their immediate contact and discharged to the atmosphere. EFFECT: decreased emission of harmful substances together with flue gases. 1 dwg, 1 tbl
