METHOD OF FIRED DECONTAMINATION OF LIQUID WASTES Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: fired decontamination of various liquid wastes. SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes contact evaporation of wastes by means of flue gases of incinerator. Flue gases are fed for contact evaporation after preheating air which is effected in two stages: in parallel flow of one part of air and flue gases at first stage and in counter-current flow of other part of air and flue gases at second stage. Prior to cleaning flue gases escaping from evaporation apparatus, they are subjected to conditioning through mixing them with hot air taken from first stage of air preheating. One flow of air from second preheating stage is fed to incinerator in mixture with fuel and other flow is fed to dry mineral agent incinerator. In burning, mixture of fuel and air is fed to upper portion of incinerator; dry minerals are fed to burning zone in air flow and then evaporated wastes are delivered. Mixture of fuel and is fed to zone above melt for reburning of incomplete combustion products. Melt of minerals is removed from portion of incinerator. EFFECT: reduced emissions of components of wastes into atmosphere in form of in form of vapors and condensed moisture of solid particles; reduced condensation of water in smoke stacks and in atmosphere above these stacks; enhanced economical efficiency; improved ecological parameters. 3 cl, 1 dwg
