FIELD: manufacture of flexible tape-shaped material. SUBSTANCE: parameters of spectral components of instant speed of motion of substrate 8 are measured onto casting shaft 4. Measurements are performed in frequency range, determined by spectrum of natural frequencies of tested part of the circuit. Results to be achieved are compared with tolerant ones, defined for any specific machine. Resonance oscillations sources are shown up according to coincidence of frequencies to be measured and for calculated frequencies of rotations of shafts at real average speed of movement of substrate 8.
