FIELD: ophthalmology. SUBSTANCE: after meridian incision of conjunctiva, sclera, outer wall of Schlemm's canal, trabecula is exfoliated along Schwalbe line, monofilament is introduced into Schlemm's canal to retract trabecula towards eye iris root, and ends of monofilament are fixed to scleral wound. EFFECT: higher effectiveness of management due to prevention of cicatrization in zone of influence of inner wall of Schlemm's canal. 1 tbl
