FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology, and is intended for treatment of open-angle glaucoma. Cut and separation of conjunctiva is performed concentrically to limbus, in upper segment. Superficial sclera flap is formed, external wall of Schlemm's canal and juxtacanalicular tissue is ablated. Trabecular is sutured three times. One end of suture is fixed to deep layer of sclera. The other end is first passed through deep layer of sclera, and then brought out on cornea. In postoperative period traction of trabecule is performed by brought out on cornea suture.
EFFECT: method ensures stable drainage of intraocular fluid through destructed trabecule with prolongation of hypotensive effect of anti-glaucomatous operation.
