FIELD: shipbuilding. SUBSTANCE: mounted in the stern of submersible vehicle hull is sectional wing of the fin propeller which consists of fore and aft parts. Braking device in form of hemisphere 8 is mounted in the fore extremity of the vehicle. Hemisphere 8 has hole and is mounted rotatably for orientation of this hole towards motion of the vehicle. Fin propeller has drive for control of the wing whose fore portion 12 is provided with stem 10, drive for angular turn of wing portion 11 about horizontal axle 14 and locks-solenoids 15 for locking the angular turn of wing portion 11.
