FIELD: hoisting equipment. SUBSTANCE: limiter has unlike arm lever with short arm coupled to hoisting rope and long arm is spring-biased and coupled to load hoisting switch-off mechanism. Limiter is characterized in that short arm of lever is disposed at an angle to long arm axis, with above mentioned angle being determined on account of maximum and minimum allowance for load weight and crane boom inclination angle value in accordance with formula.
