SUBSTANCE: steel has additionally molybdenum and titanium carbonitride at the following ratio of components, wt. -% : carbon 0.35-0.45; manganese 0.3-0.6; silicon 0.17-0.37; chrome 2-3; vanadium 0.66-0.15; nitrogen 0.02-0.03; molybdenum 0.15-0.55; titanium carbonitride 0.04-0.10, and iron 0 the rest. Steel shows the combination of increased fluidity limit, hardenability and impact elasticity at negative temperatures. EFFECT: enhanced quality of steel. 1 tbl, 1 dwg
