FIELD: road construction machines. SUBSTANCE: road roller has frame with weight, roll, and vibration exciter with eccentric wheels engageable with working surface of the roll. Each shaft of vibration exciter is connected by detachable couplings with output shafts of reduction gear. Each mating out-of-balance weight is connected by pin joint to corresponding half-coupling for relative angular turning. Eccentricity of each support roll is offset toward rotation of the shaft with respect to the vector of induction force of corresponding pair of out-of-balance weights. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of vibrocompaction. 6 dwg
