SUBSTANCE: device comprises basic machine made as jib type crane and having frame to which arm is hinged. Device also has ground compressing working tool installed on free end of the arm and including roller, which perform free rotation, steel sleeve freely put on the roller so that the sleeve encloses the roller, vibro-cart freely bearing on steel sleeve by rolls, driving mechanism made as two-shaft inertia body installed on the vibro-cart.
EFFECT: simplified structure, increased operational reliability and reduced material consumption.
