FIELD: petroleum (masut) removal from the surface of the liquid. SUBSTANCE: method involves irradiating a phase boundary liquid/petroleum by luminous radiation impulses, which cause photohydraulic effect, with a radiation intensity being in the range from 103 to 106Vt/cm2 , the impulses being in the range from solitary ones to 100 H. The source of luminous radiation is positioned in the liquid being purified under the layer of petroleum. EFFECT: improved quality of removing petroleum from the surface of the liquid. 1 dwg
