SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of applying dynamic loads to a foundation due to tensioning ropes, secured to opposite angles of the foundation at its lower mark up to a time moment of breaking the ropes; simultaneously measuring horizontal rotary motions, determining a factor of non-uniform elastic shift of grounds CΨ according to a mathematical relation CΨ=3P/a2A, where P-load at time moment of the rope breaking out, A - displacement of edge of the foundation sole; a - length value of a side of the foundation.
