FIELD: mining industry. SUBSTANCE: mine heater plant has a heater room with heaters placed along its perimeter, an air intake device mounted on the heater room ceiling coaxially to its vertical axis and connected thereto through the outlet aperture of the heater room, an air duct disposed inside the heater room coaxially to its inlet and outlet apertures and having a square cross-section and a side aperture on each face to communicate with the heater room, an air distributing device mounted inside the air duct above the side apertures for simultaneous rotation from the horizontal position to the side apertures. The plant has also radial partitions mounted in such a way as to form chambers in the heater room. Each chamber is connected to the inner cavity of the air duct through the side apertures. Doors are installed in the side apertures. The side apertures have a rectangular shape. Each valve has a triangular flaps mounted on it for closing together with the valve the air duct side apertures. The chambers are switched on and off by means of the doors closing the side apertures. The valve positions are changed by turning the valves with a cable drive which provides for heater plant operational modes of supplying warmed-up air, cold air or their mixture.
