FIELD: mining.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes an air-heating room made in the form of a barrier of cylindrical shape, with air heaters arranged in one row in two and more tiers in the room along the barrier perimeter, side rectangular openings in the barrier evenly distributed along its perimeter, an input opening in the slab and an output opening in the bottom part, both with rectangular cross section, radial partitions, which create chambers in the air-heating room, direct and return pipelines of heating coolant. Each chamber is equipped with a diagonal impermeable curtain, installed across the longitudinal axis of the chamber from the slab to the level of the upper edge of the lower tier of air heaters. Around the barrier on vertical supports there are two circular guides, one above the upper level of the side rectangular opening, the other one - below the lower one, in the space between the upper and lower circular guides there is a wind speed damper kinematically connected to them, and this damper comprises a semipermeable shield, a dense shield, a circular frame and a drive of its rotation, besides, the semipermeable shield is made in the form of a segment and is installed on the frame vertically, concentrically to the barrier and with a gap, the dense shield is made in the form of a segment and is installed on the frame vertically, concentrically to the barrier and with a gap at the diametrically opposite side, and the drive of rotation of the frame around the vertical axis is made in the form of a blade from the dense material, installed vertically on the frame and aligned radially.

EFFECT: increased efficiency of air-heating plant operation.
