SUBSTANCE: internal combustion engine has at least one cylinder with intake and additional intake valves, exhaust pipe line brought in communication with cylinder through exhaust valve scavenge pipe line connected with cylinder through exhaust valve, ejector mounted in scavenge pipe line and connected to steam chamber of the evaporator arranged in the exhaust pipe line, as well as bypass pipe line which connects exhaust and scavenge pipe lines before the ejector and the valve with the control chamber fitted in the bypass pipe line.
