FIELD: hydraulic engineering. SUBSTANCE: pistons are positioned radially in output shaft to form chambers of variable volume for engagement with inner surface of eccentric ring embracing the shaft. Controllable flow restrictor with control handle is intended to communicate working chambers of hydraulic rotor with feed source. Flow restrictor is provided with a mechanism for presetting the required rpm of output shaft. The device has a feedback mechanism of eccentric ring whose inlet link is operatively connected to inner surface of ring. Outlet link can engage with flow restrictor control handle. Hydraulic distributor is designed to alternately connect chambers in the body of the shaft with feed source and discharge to control the value of eccentricity of the ring depending on the required working volume of hydraulic motor.
