FIELD: thermal engineering. SUBSTANCE: power plant includes solar heater in the form of a solar collector, thermal heater for heating working gas under pressure, and power converter in the form of a double-chamber bellows with movable sealed partition located at the middle and having rod connected to rack-and-flywheel mechanism and electric generator. The solar heater, thermal heater and power converter are arranged in pairs in symmetry to communicate by way of adjacent chambers having grids intended to alternately convey working gas from the first part of the plant to the second. The working gas acts to reciprocate a working separator with rod. The power converter is fashioned as a bellows with movable separating partition and rod. Solar heater, thermal heater, and power converter are divided into two sections. The power converter functions for both the solar heater operating by sun rays and thermal heater operating by externally admitted heat. EFFECT: improved efficiency of power generation. 4 dwg
